Poor communication and delivery

Bought a TV from them was promised a delivery( ********** 0) of 17:00, made an arrangement for someone to be at home to take delivery. Called their Helpdesk at 15:30 was told it be delivered at 16:30 its now 18:47 and my helper has to go home. For all updates I was the one making contact no SMS or call about the delay or deviation from the arrangement. They do not care once they have the order
