Poor communication

My order was returned, I filled in application to return goods, stating clearly was damaged it was not mentioned to me then that is was within 7 days, No one reached out to me to communicated that reason or way forward, had to inbox take alot on Facebook to help. Order was made 21 march 2022,return logged 2 February 2022 till this date 16 February 2022 no communication to when default product unfortunately would be returned to me. I have been using takealot for years now... And never experienced such bad service and lack of communication. Not to mention your call center number that just rings and you on hold forever
