Poor communication

On the 21st March at 22h00 one of your drivers bump my car in front of Loreal Manufacturers in Midrand. My driver was sitting in the car waiting for one of the Loreal staff members. The driver was drunk and heard his leg. The metro police was there and the ambulance. Metro took a statement from my driver. Your driver was so drunk he could not even give us his name. There was other take a lot drivers who gave us his manager name as Andrew cell number *** and ***. I contacted Andrew the next day and a few days after that. Andrew advise he cannot assist me as he is waiting for the driver to come back to work. I got a quotation for the damages for my car. I cannot drive around with a car like this. The registration number of the driver is JFG5JHGP17. Please can the manager Andrew or the HR person contact us to sort out this.
