Poor client service from Takealot

Poor service from Takealot. I ordered some goods on Saturday for delivery on Sunday for which I paid an extra delivery fee. . By 6pm nothing had arrived so I sent them a message and then phoned. By phone I was told that I should have ordered by latest Thursday for a Sunday delivery - weird as they had accepted the extra fee. Today by mail I was told that there was a technical glitch and the delivery would be today. Unfortunately we stayed in on Sunday expecting the delivery! So poor unreliable service
