Poor client service!!!

I bought my son Assualt Rugby boots through Takealot at the end of July 2024. My son only started to use them in October 2024. he barely used them and the right side shoe sole is tearing loose from the top part of the shoe. I send it back to takealot to get a refund as I allready bought my son other rugby boots also through Takealot. The refund was declined due to the return was after 30days and the boots was used. There is a 6month warranty on the boots. I was informed by a takealot consultant that I need to contact the supplier myself to get a refund. I did do this although this is poor client service from Takealot as they are the middle man. The supplier is more than willing to replace the pair but I do not need a extra pair of rugby boots I need a full refund!!!!
