Poor call Center and email address not working

Hi Takealot, your call centre doesn't work. I called several times yesterday. Hold on for a while then it just goes quiet. I bought a Samsung cell phone in Sept 2021. The phone has a 2-year warranty. Somehow the button that opens the phone or switch the phone and off has just stopped working. I have to call myself in order to open the phone. Your website doesn't talk about warranties. Instead, it wants you to return the product for refund or replacement. How do I address the phone. I can't go without the phone. Can the phone be taken into a Samsung store? please help.
