Poor business dealing

I placed an order on takealot for 3 bags of Bob Martin puppy food at R215 per 6kg bag (not on promotion). I paid the full amount. On the day of delivery they still had stock available, however when the delivery arrived I was only given 1 bag. Then according to the order tracking on the app the other 2 bags would be delivered on 8 Aug.

Today I received an e-mail from Takealot that they will credit my account with R430 for the 2 bags. On their website they do have stock, but now the price has been pushed up to R499 per bag.

In the shops it costs R225 per bag. This appears to be consumer abuse.
