Poor bad service

I placed a next day delivery order and they did not deliver the next day like they said they would. I paid an extra fee of R475 for next day delivery too. I called twice to ask where my order was, and they could not give me an answer, but they could postpone my order for 4 days later. I am incredibly disappointed in their service and I will never recommend them to any of my friends or family again. I will never use them again. Very, very poor service.
