Poor and unreliable delivery service!

I placed an order on the 18th of October. I selected the 'Guaranteed Express Delivery option for delivery the following day, i.e. 19 October. I paid extra for this option. I received two messages saying the delivery would happen before 17h00 on the 19th. At 19h00 the parcel had still not been delivered. I went to the website to track the order. It indicated that it had been delivered and that I had signed for it! I called Take-a-Lot and was put on hold and kept waiting for an hour. Nobody answered the call, just endless repetitive music. This is the second time that delivery is not delivered on time.
