Poor and terrible service from such a Large online store

Poor poor service After receiving my order I inform them immediately after connecting it that it was defective and smoking I was told a new unit will be dispatched and the one order picked up Monday morning unit is picked delivery guy has no idea where the new unit is I get an email say wrong order was delivered I had to phone back and inform them the unit is defective Asking to speak to a manager is not possible so had to wait for someone to call me I informed the person on Monday and he said it will be changed to defective and a new unit should take 5-7 day It’s Thursday today the order only been received at warehouse and no new unit dispatched etc or feedback or tracking on the app Asked to speak to a manager again guess what Still no answer to where my item is or when I’ll be receiving it Terrible and poor service quick to take your money but quick not to assist maybe consider when purchasing again about the lack of support
