Poor and disgusting service ever

I paid my order on takealot on the 15th August up to this day I haven't received my items. I got an email from Lelethu stating that my order was sent to a wrong courier facility. I was promised that I will receive my order in 2-3 working days. Still there still nothing. I think now takealot is a ponsi scheme. I feel betrayed and their service is now poor. It will be the last time using this ****** irritating company.
