Poor and bad service of takealot

Takealot has poor and bad service I ordered on 31 May 2023 top loader washing machine and tyre pump which i did not know will be my worst mistake. My order was supposed to be delivered on 15 June and it was not delivered. I contacted takealot with email and call to complain. They promised to contact courier and will get back to me which they never did. On 22 June I got sms my order will be delivered before 5 pm but it was lie they order was never delivered to me. I was surprised when on my takealot app they showed the order was delivered. I then contacted takealot and has spoke with I think all consultant as I called everyday and they always give nothing but automatic response to my emails. On 27 May fast and furious courier contacted to deliver but they had only tyre pump not top loader washing machine. I refused to accept tyre pump and requested my refund from takealot they are giving me run around till this day. I was told my order was lost but takealot have not refunded me.
