Poor and bad quality service from Takealot

I would like everyone to know,not to buy any electronics from takealot they sell **** and bad quality goods,bought a airfryer that was broken with first use,airfryer was replaced less than 6 months airfryer is broken only to find out warranty expired a week before,they advised me to contact manufacturer without any details just the name now im stuck with a broken airfyer thats not even 1 year old...
