Poor and bad customer service that I got frm takelot.

I was having bad experience with takelot. I buy blender on February, the deliver it only to find out, when I plug it, the is smell of wires in motor and smoke come out inside motor. I return it to fix the problem. After 2 days I received email say they decline bcs the jug is broken. I was requesting them to investigate what happened bcs definetly sure when I returned it the jug was not broken. That happened in March, I don't have answer till today. That is unfair treatment frm TAKELOT.
