Poor aftersales service Takealot

I requested a full refund after being supp**** the incorrect products, unfortunately this has only partially happened and i cannot get any assistance to get the balance irrespective of many requests send via mail. Phoning is also useless as no one answers and when they do they have an internal conversation without acknowledging you as a caller
