POOR AFTERSALES SERVICE

After I returned a handshower connecter because it didn’t work at all, the return was declined because there were plier marks on it. Fair enough but then return it to me so I can try and fix the “not functioning “ part. It has been two weeks of endless phonecalls from me and promises from them to escalate the lost item, and still no returned item.
