Poor Aftersales Service

I am very upset with Takealot. Purchased a fairly expensive projector in July. In December the display went dotty. We logged a return. We logged the return on 20 December 2019. Today is 15 January 2020 and the return has not yet been collected. In the meantime, we have no use of the projector. Takealot promised collection on more than one occasion when we called to check when they were collecting. Yet, nothing to date. Poor poor poor service. And it's not the first item we purchased from Takealot that had to be returned within 6 months. All good brand names also.
