Poor aftersale service from Takealot.Com

Poor Aftersales, bought 2 x HIKvission camera sets from take alot on the 03 April 2025. 1 x 16 channel and 1 x 8 channel, complete sets. Both were delivered on the 7th April 2025. On the 12th of April i reported to them that in the 8 channel set there is only 7 cameras. This i noticed when the installer i hired came to my house to install the cameras. I reported to them via email and have been struggling to get assisted since then. They reply with the same response every time just a different person. They scheduled collection of the goods even though i informed them that i had to pay a profesional to do the installation already. They want to collect all the goods so that it can be reviewed and assessed as its there return policy. I expalined to them that i will not be removing the cameras, they can oay for it to be removed as they are already installed. No repsonse received just messages stating that they will be collecting the goods. No one came back or contacted me regarding the issue. I have been sending emails non-stop, not receiving replies. I have been asking for answers week after week but no response and no replies. Its been almost a month since i reported it to them. Very poor aftersale service
