POOR AFTER SERVICE POOR SUPPLIERS

I ordered 4 piece ACA Safari 4 Durable fabric front seat covers in beginning of October before i had my car valet...Then when i got my order on the 10th of October i came to realize that the front seats cover are 2 pieces and not 4 pieces as advertised. I called in explain to the consultant this is not what i ordered and the covers was all in one covers NO separate head covers as i ordered and wanted. The consultant logged a return and asked me to send pictures...which i did. They came pick it up...when i received back it was the exact same item. I called in very upset explaining that it was not what i ordered and all they did just logged a new return. When they picked it up i called and asked them to make sure with there suppliers and sent me a picture prior shipping it back.Which they didn't do just send me the EXACT SAME ITEM. So I'm kind off being forced to take these seat covers as I'm desperate to have as i need to use my car and protect my car seats from spills and dust. I told them i dont have a problem with the product it self but the false adverti*****t and after service. I even wrote a review but it wasn't even published because they want to trick more victims! Takealot don't even have a proper complaints department and on top of that they have bad after service!
