Poor after service

Wrongly ordered a ps5 game should have been for ps 4, recieved a return decline but was returned in wxact same condition as recieved and now suddenly the state it is damage, this is not my firt poor after service experience.and also, dont just buy from takealot there markdown specials is misleading as i found the sam game for a 1000rand less than paid from takealot
