Poor after sales service

I made a return of 3 items that they collected. It took 3 phone calls and 5 emails to find out that only 2 were booked in at the warehouse and that I need to provide proof that I gave the driver 3. They closed the ticket and stopped replying.

I don't understand how such a large and public company can work with its customers like this,
