Poor after sales service

I bought a Gas Stove through Takealot on 13 April. Stove was installed on 16 April. After installation the installer realized that there was a part missing. I immediately contacted Takealot. They told me that their products team will get back to me. All the follow up emails I sent, they give me the same response. Never will I ever buy something through them again. Their after sales service is non-existent
