Poor after sales service.

Ordered a pair of Rugby Boots late last year for my son who started playing with boots in 2025. After only a few practice sessions the stud complete broke off the boot while practicing at the high school. The stud and the grommet holding it complete separate from the boot while running on a near perfect grass pitch. TakeLot confirmed that the product was under warranty and that I could bring it in. After returning it I got no update on the status of the return. I checked on the App and realized they flagged it due to having " missing parts" I explained to the xall centre lady that I could not find theissi g stud as my son did not realize it was oof untill after practice . She eventually got what I was saying and promised to explain it to the person dealing with my return. After a few days I got an email stating there are missing parts, not specifying what and not willing to understand that you can't easily find a stud after it broke off. Absolute idiots.
