POOR AFTER SALES & ADMINISTRATION- TAKEALOT CANT ISSUE TAX INVOICE DESPITE SUPPLY

I purchased items for approximately R17 000 from Takealot. Included in the purchase is a Curved TV for approximately R14 000. I requested a tax invoice for the purchase but despite 20 days passing, it still hasn’t been issued. The supplier is NIMBOO. It doesn’t appear that takealot take after sales or compliance with tax legislation seriously !
