Poor after sales

Purchased a few UPS units from them during the load shedding period. These units starting giving problems after 6 months. Returned the unit only for them to pass this into their supplier who said there was nothing wrong with it. They confirmed that they charged the UPS and it only ran for 5 minutes but that there was nothing wrong with the unit. I will not purchase from these guys again. There are many other online stores that offer better service
