Poor after purchase service

Very poor service. After ordering items. Ie a pool selector and rai misquito refills. I received 2 hair drying items. I logged the call the work day after receiving the wrong items. Takealot took a week to come and pick it up and now indicates that it will take 21 days to resolve. How is it that the customer is being punished for wrong items being apcjed
