Poor Admin, Poor communication with customers, Are they even legit 🧐

I ordered a PowerBank and two led indicator light they gave me an order number #*** and as they were about to deliver they send an email informing me that the PowerBank is out of stock .To this day they haven't said a thing about the money that a spent on the PowerBank called them then the useless consultant said he would Query a refund but to this day I am waiting for my money 😭😭 .I will never do business with them ever again .
