Poor

<p>I bought a Xbox one, which include a xbox one remote in February 2017. <br />I bought a headset with a mic, to use with my Xbox on for online gameplay.</p> <p> </p> <p>THe headset was only received a few days later due to the item being out of stock.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I received the headset and plugged it into the Xbox one remote, I could not use the mic function. I tested the headset with all my other devices and it worked perfectly. It seems that there is a problem with the xbox one controler itself.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted takealot and they have stated that I will have to return the whole console and controller so that they can inspect the problem. However, my console contains multiple games and online exclusive game deals, and now they want me to return the xbox console with the controller. So this means I will loose all my saved data.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its only the controller thats defective, and they should only refplace the controller.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unexeptable!! Do hey understand what they are asking?</p> <p> </p> <p>I spend thousands of rands each year and they cant even help me with a simple request. POOR!!!</p>
