Police Case of theft against Takeallot.com

My Alva gas heater that i purchased along with R30 000 rands worth of other products from Takeallot was faulty in that when i would start it, it would stay on then cut after 30 minutes, if you try light it again it would not light, almost like a engine that has overheated. I have been told for now 3 months that the warehouse has received the package and will send it to me, it would then change thaty they got the wrong one then stories and delay. I in this time have not even gotten a call of apology from Takeallot or a replacement device. I am now at my whits end and i am reporting my product ****** to the Police today, i will note the email trails as proof of subterfuge and clear buying time delays from takeallot. I have spent tens of thousands buying from this company. Out of principle i will never again support such. The disdain and condescension they have exhibited is infuriating and they wont get away with *****ing my product then using pillar to post tactics to hide that.
