POIR SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT

I ordered hoods from takealot and the wrong delivery address was used because I had to change my address due to us moving. This parcel was delivered to Western Cape in stead of KZN where I am. The official was supposed to confirm the address which didn't happen. In a attempt to get this parcel collected at the wrong address, after 30 minutes on the line, I was told that the driver will only go in that direction in 90 days. I will never ever buy anything from Takealot in my entire life again. They advertise profusely for you to buy but if you encounter a problem.....when their officials do not follow process, you will get the poorest service on the planet.
