Pointless to use express shipping

<p>On the 1st of August I ordered 2 powerbanks from takealot and paid for the express delivery so that I could get them on the 2nd of August because this was a gift for my dad who was travelling on the 3rd, and guess what the goods never arrived on the said date, called in around 3pm on the 2nd to make sure that everything was still in order, the lady I spoke to could see my order but could not locate the goods. I called in today the 4th of August and they still can't locate the goods. I had to cancel my order as it was now pointless for me as my dad had left already. Its a pitty to see that Takealot does not care about its reputation anymore and does things like this. Maybe they have grown so big that they are now big headed and feels we don't have much of a choice but to go to them even though they do not deliver anymore.</p> <p> </p>
