Pointless response
I advised takealot of a pricing error on one of their products. Early this year, in Feb, they fixed the same error, but now it's wrong again. I copied the previous emails when I let them know. Riyaad replies to my email, telling me what the price is and asking how he can assist - a totally useless response. Either tell me: No, it's not an error and our product actually sells for R119 while Makro, for example, sells it for R70
