PLEASED IT IS NOT MY BUSINESS

This is not a review as such, in fact the two items i purchased were delivered as promised in time without any problem, however in the box with my two items was a third item, not ordered, not paid for and not wanted. I thought I'll send them a quick e mail and ask them to come fetch the item, ....thats not possible as there is nor e mail address anywhere on their website. There are generic forms you an fill in, but where do I find one with a description fitting my problem? I'll cut this short, I must have spent 3 hours trying to sort this out without any success. I have their stock, they have not been paid but I can not get them to come and collect it. I did eventually get an e mail to someone but that person is not concerned about this for sure or simply does not understand. Ill donate the item to some charity.
