I bought a battery jump starter and when it was delivered it didn't have all the gadgets as per the brochure. I immediately returned it and ask for a replacement. Suddenly out of stock I ordered another one order cancelled but they still have it listed in stock price marked up. Disgusting service if I could give them minus 10 I would. This is not the way you treat customers.
