Please rfund my money

Hi,

I ordered a replacement due to a faulty item, the exchange was cancelled since the product was not available. Now, my refund has been processed as R0 instead of the R 7 999 I paid for the item. I have tried sending you emails since last week, nobody follows up and your online chatbot is pretty much useless. Can you just give me back my money please.

Also, do better with your customer service, its pretty much non-exisitent at this point.
