Please resolve

I bought a mini stepper in July, I started using it in the last week of July, I noticed it had a fault the wheel was grinding the floor. I returned it within the 30day period and is still on warranty until next year January. They are refusing to replace it and everyday I speak to a different person who never come back to me with feedback. Since 19th july
