PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!

I am at my wits end - I returned the printer I bought for R2499 to Epson 2 weeks ago as you refused to let me return it to you and they agreed to refund the money as it was faulty - I got a pro-forma invoice which they said I needed to send you to to get my money back - I am still waiting. The return reference is RRN-4bc0-99ae and on my account there are 2 returns logged ??? both say concluded - one says cancelled and the other is now saying not eligible - but Epson was happy to take back the printer - please sort this out as you owe me R2499....you do not have any phone lines, you do not respond to emails ?????
