please improve on communicating and customer service

Hello Take alot. my order ***. The courier they said will deliver my parcel is Fast and Furious. But I received an sms stating "Hi THABANG, my name is TSHEPO from DDawn Wing. I am outside your premises. and that i must click the link below"

clearly this sms its like one of those like you have won yourself a million rand.

please inform that couriers have changed next time. i didnt know that Dawn Wing is a courier until today and one thing that bores me is that you guys are telling me that its a 3rd party courier and i cant contact them.

The couriers they don't even call. they send an sms with a link. I dont have a phone that can access the link hence thats why I bought a phone. Please deliver the parcel tomorrow and call dont send I am outside messages with a long number.

takealot nowadays i am being let down by you guys. Previous order they came late and now I am getting this, please sort things out so that I can be a happy customer again
