Please honor purchase agreement!

I'm extremely disappointed with Takealot's service! I ordered 2 items (order #***) on January 9th: a coil pack (on sale for R99, 90% off) and a TV bracket from vendor Lekr. After 2 weeks of constant delays and the delivery date being moved out, the order was suddenly canceled with NO REASON given. What's worse is that the vendor had more coil packs in stock at the normal price. Seriously, what was the reason for canceling? You pay for the product, you should receive a product. Pathetic service.
