Please help me, Takealot - refund - urgent

I'm absolutely devastated and in so much trouble because of you. I checked my account for my refund today and it's not in. Embarrassing, but I need this for medicine vital to my health, life. But there was a system error. If it was a capture issue, by me, you should have let me know at the time. I tried to contact you directly. System error, so I have no choice but to take this to all the social media platforms. I need this fixed today and refunded by tomorrow; else I'll be so sick and continue getting sicker. Please don't give me the 3-5 banking days story. SA has some of the most successful back tech in the world. When businesses and private individuals transfer to one another, the money reflects the next day, at the latest. I'm not going to be rude or shout and scream. This is just a crisis and it's devastating. It's not a lot of money to you. But i am unemployed. Just give it back now, please.
