PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK FROM TAKEALOT!!!!!!!!

I really need help urgently to get through to a manager at Takealot.

I ordered a fridge on the 18th Takealot delivered it to my house on the 19th lying flat. I refused delivery and off the guy went. I have contacted Takealot daily and no one helps me. I have spoken to numerous consultants and everyone has the same feedback. We will look into it for you!

I have requested a refund on Tuesday 2 Feb, no one is able to help me.

So Takealot have their fridge and my money.
