Please help me get my facial steamer from takealot

I rate them minus 0. I ordered a facial steamer and i received a hair drier. I have reported it and nothing has happened in 4 weeks. 4 weeks I've been sitting with a hair drier I've not ordered. Every day I am being assisted by a different person and they never follow through instead i get ignored. I'm ****ed and annoyed because i need the facial steamer for my business. I've lost 4 weeks of business. I still have the hair drier please help
