PLEASE HELP BRING JUSTICE AGAINST TAKEALOT(NORTHGATE)

This company has been taking advantage of our time and they are not making sure we are safe. There are break ins and hijackings and we are underpaid. They do not honor paperwork and they overwork us without any compensation of overtime. We are fed up and we cant really let this persist. If there is anyone out there that can help us from being exploited by people who take advantage of the fact we are struggling to find jobs and are overworked by these undermining employers, Please assist us. We dont have millions and all we ask for is a fair working system and an environment that will be conducive for us to work and safe! we got ****** before at GUNPOINT FOR THEIR STOCK AND WE WERE NOT COUNSELED FORMALLY AS THEY HAD PROMISED. As a result the ladies we work with were and are still traumatized!! We always have to push and keep pushing, but when we push they tell us they will wring our necks and kick our ass. This is emotional ********* because we don't have any other option, Yes it is easy to quit but why should we quit when all that needs to be amended is the way they speak to us , treat us and the way we should be getting paid for overtime. someone help as it is also giving us problems with people that come and apply to be driver partners. I feel so bad for one gentleman that works at Takealot in Kya Sands business park Unit 26, He was in an accident last week and when he went back there was someone else sitting in his chair at his desk! He went from doing recruitment to doing boxes !!! Does that make sense? People who had started processes with him ended up coming back to make death threats, Because he did not and now can not finish his processes with them. Someone out there please help as these are people with families that are breadwinners. PLEASE HELP US!! This country is to beautiful and diverse for us to be in such situations equivalent to oppression. PLEASE HELP!!
