Please give me my REFUND.....

I am extremely unhappy with takalot not wanting to give me back my refund for sending me an extremely small suit. I told them the same day the suit is extremely small and logged a refund. The suit was never even open the pants. What should I do with a small suit that I can not wear. This is very unfair to get this kind of treatment from takalot.
