Please don't order from Takealot

I placed an order Monday 26th July with an expected and confirmed delivery date of Thursday 29th July. A day later I received notification that my parcel arrived at the incorrect courier and has been re-routed. Monday the 2nd of August I received notification that my parcel was lost in transit and a new order has been placed with an expected and confirmed delivery date of Thursday 5th August. Again I received a notification that my parcel Again arrived at the incorrect courier facility
