Please check your Takealot invoices

I have purchased a Ups from takealot and after +-3 months the battery became depleted, there is a 6 months guarantee on that, so I send it back, they send me for the second time another ups and that lasted also only 3 months , I asked for a refund because we would like to buy a other make or a other ups, the supplier refuses to pay back my money and the send again the 3 time around a broken ups,(the on switch is incase in the plastic casing, unable to switch on or switch off the ups,) only with a power cable, no USB cable, and a broken box, I wish you could see how they packaged the ups really unprofessional. Via courier, this in unacceptable, and take a lot do not take any responsibility for this,

I also would mention that example if you purchase anything from takealot and you go and fetch the item yourself they ask you R30 delivery fee, please check your invoices.
