I LOVE doing my shopping on Takealot but Mr. Delivery has let me down too many times.<br> <br> There's so much I want to buy from you guys but<br> 1) you're losing money and<br> 2) I'm paying more for the things I want because Mr. Delivery is useless.<br> <br> Word-of-mouth is a powerful advertising tool and right now, as great as my experiences have been in the past, I cannot say I'm happy with the service I'm receiving...and that's a shame.<br> <br> Please go have a look on Hellopeter at how many people have complaints about Mr. Delivery and ask yourselves if it's really worth losing so much business due to a stupid courier company?<br> <br> Please make a plan...I'm practically begging you!

We understand your concern and hesitation over placing another order with us due to the delivery issues you have experienced with your past few orders. We're first to say that we aren't perfect and that hiccups do occur. Sometimes this is caused by our own mistakes and other times caused by matters out of our control. Given the opportunity we'll always try to make up for any such mistakes as quickly and best possible. We are also extremely proud of our relationship with Mr Delivery and can assure you that the vast majority of orders assigned to them are delivered quickly and without a hitch.
It's rather unusual for the same delivery issues to occur more than once with the same customer on consecutive orders. Our complaints team will look into your order history to determine where things have gone wrong with your deliveries. We'll provide you with feedback on our findings and will ensure that any problem areas are addressed and corrected.
