Please assist me to resolve a problem im experiencing with Takealot.com regarding an oven i return to them because of a fault issue.

I bought a Bennett Read 23L Compact Oven (order #***) via takealot.com in Cape Town region on 10 January 23. In May (05/05/2023) i had to return it because of a fault on one plate (1000W) on the left. It was done successfully and it was replaced. On 5th of October i had to return it again for the same problem/issue. I have checked the reviews of the product and i realised that most people are complaining about this issue.

They have rep**** to say the issue is my fault as there could be an electrical issue at my house, i called for the second time, the lady at first said it's electrical problem, i explained to her that this is an issue that is happening to everyone, she then asked if could allow her to seek advice from her supervisor, she then came back to tell me the issue is that the oven is too rusty, which is not true at all.

The oven has a six months warranty on it.

I was hoping that you can assist me to resolve this issue.
