PLEASE assist!!!

Hello, My order for due for delivery on Monday, 28 Sept. On Friday 25 Sept we got the sms that it will be delivered that day and we had to reschedule. Now it has still not been delivered and the app says I, collected it, which I didn't. 4 days, and 4 emails later - I still had not had any feedback.
