Pleasantly surprised

At the beginning of January I ordered a movie from Takealot. A very expensive movie at that. The price and the rather vague thumbnail of the cover of the movie were the reasons I bought the movie. The expected delivery time was about mid February. On Monday, my parcel arrives. I was rather surprised and a bit suspicious. So I opened my parcel up and discovered that it was the standard edition of the movie and not the extended edition that I needed to complete the set. So. I immediately logged a return on the Takealot website and asked if I could return the item and be refunded. A friend of mine had attempted the same thing and it ended badly. So I wasn't very optimistic. So imagine my surprise when they agreed to accept the return, collected it promptly and I was notified this morning that I've been refunded. Thank you for exceeding my expectations in every way possible.
